HOPE Outdoor Gallery

I lived in Austin from 2014 -2020. During those years, there was a public graffiti park called the HOPE Outdoor Gallery. Initially, I used to stop by on the weekends to see whats going on. Then one day, I decided to buy a can of paint at the park and tried spray painting lines and circles. It was a lot of fun, and a lot more manageable than expected. I went to the art store and bought two other colors. After that, I wanted to try painting more difficult things. This habit led to many weekends at the park painting. I really enjoyed spending many hours painting large murals and meeting a lot of interesting people in the process.
